There Is Plenty Time To Order A Whisky Frame for Christmas!

We will be sending our orders right up until Christmas week.

Our last order dates for Christmas are:

UK Free Standard Delivery - order by noon Monday December 18

UK Express Delivery – order by 9am Tuesday December 19

Europe – order by noon Monday December 11

USA - order by noon Monday December 11 

Australia and New Zealand – order by noon Monday December 11

We've got this!  You are our customer and we won't let you down. There is still plenty of time to shop online for Christmas at Whisky Frames. 

Every Whisky Frames customer is important to us and we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are delighted with our service. Last Christmas every single Whisky Frames Christmas order was delivered on time. 

For our free shipping service, we ask that you allow five working days. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and your frame should arrive with in 3 working days however during peak season this can take a bit longer. If you have ordered a personalised frame allow two extra days. We often have them dispatched much earlier and in most cases same day but tartans can take a bit of extra time if we do not have yours in stock.

Royal Mail is massively busy at peak season and the tracking website is not always working but this is a very reliable service. 

If you have not received an order within seven working days of receiving the Whisky Frames shipping email, do please contact us. We are happy to help. 

If you do not receive the shipping email, please check your junk mail file.
